Building composed of a ground floor on a base of ashlar, a first floor and an attic pierced by two arched windows topped by an entablature and an attic.

This building consists of a ground floor on an ashlar base, a first floor and an attic with two round-headed windows topped by an entablature and an attic. The masonry is of ashlar in the corners, cornices, lintels and door and window jambs. The full walls are made of red and black bricks forming interlaced lozenges on the first floor, and alternating sawtooth on the ground floor. The door and window jambs are in the form of pilasters decorated with capitals. The cornices are adorned with a rolled-up banner.
