My name is Marine and I'm developing cereal processing on the family farm. I've chosen to add value to the raw material by producing soft wheat flour from sustainable agriculture.
I use a mill to transform the wheat, rye and buckwheat grown on my family?s farm into flour. I offer my flours, rich in fiber and essential minerals for our diet, as well as complementary products such as cake mixes made with my flours and sugar from our cooperative, and cookies, ready to be eaten. I also offer educational tours for children and adults, or tailored to one or the other as required.
