Vincent Bourdeaux installed since 2017, raises organic poultry and grows various grains to feed his animals. The whole farm is conducted in an ecological and especially sustainable way in a great respect for animal welfare.

Part of the laying hens are raised in an undergrowth planted 25 years ago and another in a fallow land set up since 2010.
