Les pieds sous la table d'Adeline" offers a vegetarian menu blending French tradition and world cuisine, with gluten-free and vegan options, and always a daily omnivore dish (fish or meat).
The blackboard menu changes regularly depending on what the weather brings out of the ground and ripens: dishes are mainly prepared with local, mostly organic, seasonal products.
Environmental concern drives our project, therefore:
the furniture, tableware, napkins, and vases are second-hand, carefully sourced,
we prioritize large containers and avoid disposable items,
vegetable waste is taken to the collective garden composters in Hauts-de-Lutz.
The décor is colorful and thoughtfully arranged, with fresh flowers on the tables and regular art exhibitions.
Guests can even choose their own music thanks to a vinyl player and a selection of records at their disposal.
