Eglise Saint Philippe
In the 11th century, the territory of Le Moulinet belonged to the immense domain of the Abbey of Fleury, managed by the monks of Saint-Benoît, to whom we owe the construction of the church of Saint Philippe.
Mentioned for the first time in 1159, the parish belonged, until the Revolution, to the powerful Benedictine abbey of Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire, which, shortly before, had acquired the important domain of Moulinet.
