This guided tour will introduce you to this valiant little town, surrounded by ramparts. A royal town under Louis VII, Boiscommun was surrounded by a rich estate and already enjoyed privileges that were confirmed by Philippe Auguste in 1186.

Under François I, stone and brick ramparts were built around the town, featuring fourteen turrets. The walls originally comprised three gates with drawbridges. On this tour, you'll discover the Notre-Dame de Boiscommun church, the old courthouse, the narrow streets and the village ramparts.
