Moulin des Gaults - Foricher

Yvon Foricher is a qualified miller. It's been a family tradition for 7 generations. In 1997, he set up his company, initially a trading firm, to sell flour exclusively to artisan bakers. Today, Yvon Foricher employs a staff of almost 90.

The Moulin des Gaults has been the company's historic mill since 2000. Even today, all milling and baking know-how is concentrated here, along with the application bakery (Research & Development). The Moulin des Gaults was the first to obtain Label Rouge certification for its T65 flour (in 2001, one year after its acquisition) and for its T45 BAGATELLE Label Rouge in 2009.
